COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Sprint Cross Duathlon will begin with a 4KM Run using the double track and single track trails connecting between Hawrelak and Buena Vista sides of the river, before getting on the bike to ride a variety of single track, double track and cross country routes including Hawrelak Outer Trail, Emily Murphy Connector, EMP Blast, Silver Fox, Ray Gun, Six Shooter, Saskatchewan Drive Access, Belgravia Access North. The final run stretch will be a 2KM cross country run around Hawrelak Park.

Dive into adventure at the Do North Open Water Swim! Set in the scenic heart of the city, this event challenges swimmers of all levels to take on the calm but competitive waters of Hawrelak Park Lake. Choose your distance — 750 m (1 lap), 1500 m (2 laps), or 2250 m (3 laps) — and test your endurance in a fun, friendly, and professionally organized race environment. Whether you’re chasing personal bests, warming up to join the triathlon over the weekend or just enjoying the open water experience, this is Edmonton’s newest summer swim event.

Do North Enduro

Sunday July 19, 2026

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Racers will tackle 4 enduro stages within the allotted 2 hour race window. Stages may be run in any order and as many times as the athlete wishes. The athlete's best time from each stage will count towards their final total. All riders MUST complete all stages at least once. The race will be an individual timed stage format with racers starting every 30 seconds. Top 3 awards will be presented to fastest category times. Race routes will be released the day before the race through the Do North Events social media.  Race routes will include a variety of the single track trails in the central River Valley surrounding Hawrelak Park.
